Neil Buzinkic – Tulbuz Group, Brisbane Qld

Job of the month July 2020

What a job!  This monster was taken care by the team from Tulbuz Group and they had a big job on their hands drying across two floors.

Water entered the learning centre through the ceiling and made its way around the open plan main area leaving a big mess.  After removing the floor coverings, the team setup some containment to ensure they could concentrate their efforts on the wet areas and block off the area to keep it safe with all this equipment.

Next roll in the equipment with a long list including Drymatic II, Drymatic Boost bars, Air movers, Drymatic mats, dehumidifiers and an air scrubber for good measure.

With this much equipment they even needed and electrician to setup an electrical distribution box to ensure they didn’t overload the power circuits on-site, always need to keep this in mind.

Whilst all this equipment may look like overkill to some you need to keep in mind that being a commercial premises it needs to be returned to its pre-damage state as quickly as possible and each piece of this equipment is working alongside the others to dry the structure as quickly as possible.

Great work from the team and thank you Neil for sharing the photo with the group.
