Restore Solutions is proud to have been selling the DBK Drymatic System in Australia for more than 10 years. Specifically adapted to suit the Australian market, the DBK Drymatic System combines electric heat and air exchange units with customised mats to provide an even flow of hot air over the entire area covered by the mats to remove bound moisture from water damaged floors, walls and ceilings of residential and commercial buildings. The system uses unique drying algorithms to monitor the drying environment to detect when air within the room has become fully saturated, after which it is replaced with fresh air to achieve maximum drying efficiency. Various patents cover aspects of the DBK Drymatic System.
Whether it be domestic residential homes or large industrial units, the DBK Drymatic System is uniquely capable of quickly and efficiently extracting moisture from flood damaged properties before automatically shutting down once a constant level of dryness has been detected, thereby avoiding energy wastage.
Whilst others may attempt to imitate our success, the DBK Drymatic System remains the only heat drying system recognised and approved by the Australian Insurers Association for use in meeting claims relating to flood damage.
The DBK Dynamic System uses DBK Drymatic® Mk II heat dryers and DBK Drymatic® Boost Bars designed to achieve optimum moisture removal through heated air application. These products have been certified by relevant regulatory bodies in numerous countries and meet stringent safety requirements and standards including in the USA and UK. These include those of the Underwriter Laboratories Inc (USA), UL certificate KSOT.E472174, the International Electrotechnical Commission’s IECEE CB Scheme, Certificate No. NL2-020047, and closer to home, under the Global-Mark Electrical Product Safety Certification Scheme (being a RECS) in meeting Australia and New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 60335.2.30:2015, Certificate GMA-506841-EA
DBK Drymatic System’s customised drying mats are specifically designed to be optimally compatible with DBK Drymatic® Mk II heat dryers and DBK Drymatic® Boost Bars, are durable and reusable on multiple occasions, and use robust and flame-retardant materials in their manufacture. In particular, mats for use with DBK Drymatic® Mk II heat dryers and DBK Drymatic® Boost Bars need to be rated for use at 50ºC as the Boost Bars are able to operate unattended to and safely over long periods
If using drying mats from other manufacturers with DBK Drymatic® Mk II heat dryers and DBK Drymatic® Boost Bars, we strongly recommend you check the temperature rating of the mats to ensure compatibility.
