October job video of the month showcases several restoration equipment machines in this set up. After a leak in this kitchen, full strip out and cleaning was undertaken due to mould and contamination. A zip containment wall was set up to make the drying area smaller.
There is a dehumidifier removing moisture from the air and blowing dry air into the side of the Drymatic airmover which is blowing into fan to Drymatic Boost bar connector and mats. The use of the Drymatic Boost bar raises the temperature to over 40 degrees on the brickwall and frame. The Drymatic mats raise the surface temperature of the materials (timber and brickwall) with the microjets of energy within the mats breaking the boundary layer and by doings so raise the evaporation temperature of the materials. (Remember every 10 degrees of material gets double the evaporation)
On the other side of the kitchen frame Drymatic boost bar and airmover are running with wall mats wrapped around the frame to heat affected area. Husqvarna A1000 air cleaner is present to pull all contaminated air into a pre filter and HEPA filter to pump out nice clean air into the drying chamber.

For our October photo of the month, we have a scenario where a burst flexi pipe in the kitchen which has left moisture affected timber floorboards. The restoration equipment used in this scenario is simple and effect. It includes a Drymatic airmover into Drymatic boost to raise the surface temperature of the timber floorboards in order to release the moisture.
We see that extra holes have been added to the kick to let out moisture and a Drymatic aimover into a Drymatic boost into Drymatic 12 port is blowing into the base of the kichen to dry underneath cabinetry with warm dry air.
