April 2023 Drymatic Winners of the Month

Michael Gordon – ReAssured Restorations

Video of the month - April 2023

The team at ReAssured Restorations had a great set up this month to get the job done. We can see that Zip Wall containment wall has been set up to provide containment to release moisture from the drying chamber. The trio of Drymatic fan, Boost bar and Drymatic mats on yellow tongue flooring where we see carpet has been removed are able to raise the surface temperature, blowing energy into materials and releasing the moisture. We also see awesome use of doorway connectors between mats that allow more energy on the doorway joins. The use of air cleaner to manage the clean air and Drymatic II grabs the moisture and exhausts it through the outside intake area the team have created. Great use of gear and great team work guys, well done!

Dan Haynes – Dynamic Services

Photo of the month - April 2023

Dan is using an air mover into a boost bar into 3 port, blowing up the Drymatic skirting mats. This set up creates at least 10 degrees minimum difference and so Dan is able to raise the temperature 10 degrees, by pushing energy into the wall, creating micro jets of energy in the mats. The skirting mats are specially designed to have holes right along the skirting and baseplate, great for open areas that have been affected by water for just heating and drying areas. Dan has included some great thermal imaging shots using Hikmirco M10 camera showing the cold spots and where energy in the mat is going up the wall. This is excellent visual of what it means to get the temperature differential and vapour pressure differential, this is the fastest way of target drying.
